Customer Success influence on a Customer Success Agent

Before now, I never knew I could ‘love’ humans this much.

We’ve all gone through phases of our lives where we claim to ‘hate’ people due to one or two negative influences they may have had in our lives, but the truth is, as much as people hurt people, people kill people and people attack people, I’ve come to experience first hand how people heal people, people accommodate people and even how people LOVE people in extraordinarily immense ways.

It was a family member who gave me a scar on my left arm out of hatred and told me the most despicable things to my hearing as a kid that made me lack self esteem my whole life but today, it’s a firm of ‘people’, an entire team of amazing humans aside amazing family that have lighted a candle 🕯 of self esteem within me by decorating me with the title of a ‘Customer Success Officer’ and priding me as one of their own.

I am a proud cs Officer who’s in charge of maintaining relationships between the firm and clients, i cement the building blocks between management, the products and the customer and I pride myself in doing so.

I’m not the best in the team but we’ll get there In Sha Allah (By The Will of Allah) with the help of Allah and hard work.

Today, I the hunter (for the best cement to hold the relationship between stakeholders and the firm I serve in) became the hunted, by the firm’s and managements kindest efforts to build internal customer service. AlhamdulIllah (All Praise is due to Allah).

I pray that just as I found a sanctuary within the organization I work with, you’ll find yours too and keep it as I intend to.
